Expedia.ca made a list of the 55 coziest cities in Canada, and St. John's made the list at 27. The list was put together by compiling feedback from users and each city received at least a 4/5 ranking. The writer said some pretty good things about St. John's: 

Take a walk along the coastline and admire the boats bobbing in the harbour when you visit St. John’s. This isn’t just a top cozy town, it’s also one of the coolest places in Canada.

St. John's was the lone Newfoundland and Labrador destination to make the list. Emerald Park, Saskatchewan was the top-ranked city, while other east coast cities on the list included Enfield (5), Edmundston (7), Halifax (16) , Sydney, (42)  Moncton (44), and Dieppe (55).
