Check Out St. John's actor Mark O'Brien In New Film 'Arrival'

Denis Villeneuve's acclaimed new film Arrival features a familiar face from St. John's . Newfoundland native and up-and-coming actor Mark O'Brien stars as Captain Marks in Villeneuve's new sci-fi thriller.

O'Brien is coming off a successful run as Tom Rendon on AMC's low-rated but critically acclaimed series Halt and Catch Fire, which is back for a final season in 2017.

Villeneuve is coming off of successful directorial efforts with Sicario and Prisoners. Amy Adams, Jeremy Renner and Forest Whitaker star alongside O'Brien in Arrival. You can watch the trailer below:
